New Instructors @ Crystal Dive Resort
 Another
hugely successful IDC/IE was completed today here on Koh
Tao. PADI Course Directors Matt Bolton, Justin Mayers
& Bob Murphy conducted the 14 day program with 9 candidates
from the UK, Australia, Norway, the USA, Canada & Korea. George
Weggmann, from PADI Asia Pacific was the examiner. A great party
was hosted by Dirty Nelly’s, Koh Tao’s Irish Pub...

New EFR Instructors @ Crystal Dive Resort

congratulations go to Crystal’s newest Emergency First Response
Instructors. The
course was conducted by Crystal’s newest Course Director,
Justin Mayers and EFR Instructor Trainer Carsten Neuhaus. The
highlight of the course was some of the knowledge development presentations
that the candidates delivered, which were very entertaining (and
informative!)...

New Assistant Instructors @ Crystal Dive Resort
 Crystal
Dive's newest PADI Course Director Justin Mayers, working alongside
PADI Platinum Course Director Matt Bolton, took the first Confined
Water training session of the IDC this week. All 7 Students are
given skills taken from the Open Water Course. Each
presentation consists of a briefing, then a demonstration. Problems
are assigned to the other candidates who are role playing student
divers and the ‘Instructor’ must evaluate and problem
solve...

from his Course Director Training Course (CDTC) in Kota Kinabali
Crystal’s newest PADI Course Director Justin Mayers started
the MSDT Prep course yesterday with Deep & Enriched Air Instructor
training. This morning he took the candidates, Joe, Holly, Vincent
and Nader out to South West Pinnacles & White Rock for the in
water training...

Crystal’s IDC candidates go Platinum!
 Crystal
Dives's latest bunch of new PADI Instructors demonstrated why Crystal
Dive Course Director Matt Bolton is the ONLY Platinum Course Director
on Koh Tao. A great 14 day IDC program was completed on Koh Tao
this morning with "Team Crystal" once again topping the
scoring charts on the PADI Instructor Examinations. The course had
a real international flavour to it with candidates coming from the
UK, Germany, France, Spain, Ireland, China, Norway & even Iran...
