5 New PADI Instructors @ Crystal Dive!
Mid October saw
the end of another very successful PADI IDC/IE at Crystal Dive Resort.
The IDC (Instructor Development Course) is the penultimate step
to be coming a PADI Instructor and consists of as two week program
which develops and assess potential New Instructors is the intricacies
of teaching recreational Scuba Diving.

The candidates
are schooled in delivering classroom presentations, Confined water
(or swimming pool) presentations and Open Water presentations.

All the candidates
successfully completed the program with PADI Course Directors Matt
Bolton and Justin Mayers with invaluable assistance from PADI IDC
Staff Instructor Dmitry Sobolev, who has been working towards The
Master Instructor rating with Matt.

Kiwi Mike Steele
and Aussie Nick Sharples joined Brit Adam Green on the program along
with Alexi and Dema from Russia. All five candidates scored extremely
well on the PADI Instructor Exam which is a two day evaluation process
in which the candidates demonstrate their mastery of the PADI System
of teaching. Good luck to you all with your future PADI careers.
