Platinum Matt - Koh Tao’s ONLY Platinum Course Director

Crystal's Senior PADI Course Director, Matt Bolton received news today that he has been awarded the prestigious ‘Platinum’ Course Director rating for the third year in succession.

The grading system, introduced 3 years ago is used by PADI to recognize outstanding achievements with regards to instructor level training courses.

There are three levels; Platinum, Gold & Silver and this year Matt completes a hat trick of Platinum awards.

He is not only the FIRST Course Director on Koh Tao to be awarded the Platinum rating three years consecutively, but the ONLY PADI Course Director on Koh Tao to have been awarded the Platinum rating for 2009 with other CD’s on Koh Tao having won only Gold or Silver.

Matt joins only two other Platinum PADI Course Directors in the whole of Thailand.

This completes a great week for the Instructor Development team with Crystal’s Justin Mayers passing the Course Director Training Course in Kota Kinabali, Malaysia three days ago.
